Following the July 2024 uprising, the July Charter outlines critical constitutional and governance reforms. In February 2026, you'll vote YES or NO on four major reform proposals that will shape Bangladesh's democratic future.

Important: Your single YES or NO vote will cover all four points together. You cannot vote separately on each point. This is a bundled referendum on comprehensive reform.

If You Vote YES ✓
- • Constitutional Reform Council forms immediately
- • Constitution amended within 180 working days
- • Upper House formed within 30 days after
- • All 48 July Charter reforms implemented
If You Vote NO ✗
- • Current constitution remains unchanged
- • No caretaker government system
- • Single-house parliament continues
- • July Charter reforms not implemented
